An easy and flavorful sandwich that is perfect
on a warm summer day or chilly tailgate party.
This is a perfect sandwich for a large gathering or two people. It can be served right off the grill or it is even better after it rests for a while and your guests can grab and eat when they want to.
The secret to this sandwich is the creamy, roasted red pepper sauce (not spicy). This sauce pulls it all together
with crunchy grilled ciabatta, spring greens and herb-seasoned grilled steak.
This ground beef-based
sandwich takes hamburger to a new level and ohhhh... that sauce.
We think ground beef gets a bad rap...understandably so. Look what the fast food concepts have done to it.
Revisit ground beef with this variation.
Quality ground beef is coated in crushed black peppercorns ( to your flavor tolerance, of course).
You start by pan-frying the burger, then top it with a mild white cheese and cook to your desired temperature in the oven.
The magic happens when you add a very simple-to-make French remoulade sauce, sliced tomatoes, lettuce and land it between butter-toasted sourdough bread.
This recipe has been a family favorite for years. We’ve taken the base Wolferman’s recipe and refined it to a crowd
pleasing experience. This chicken salad is the reason Brunch was created.
Seasoned, cooked chicken is mixed with fresh celery, onions and other fun elements. It is then blended with a classic sour cream, mustard dressing.
Serve on a light, crunchy croissant, or on a green lettuce leaf. It’s light and flavorful and even better the next day for leftovers
or a light snack.
Warm, hearty and flavorful, featuring savory Italian sausage, filled pasta and
vegetables. Easy Peasy...
This soup stands as a meal. AND it is amazingly easy....... trust me.
Add a side of garlic bread and you’re there.
Tasty, browned Italian sausage simmers in a soup base of tomato soup and chicken stock. Add fresh cut vegetables ( secret here...you can substitute
a bag of frozen vegetables.. ) Now THAT’S easy!
It reheats very easily.
Not only has this soup recipe become one of our family favorites, it has become our “Go To” recipe for friends who are not feeling well, or just had a baby.
We’ve actually had them say they look forward to NOT feeling well again so they can get another round of this flavorful classic soup creation
